As educators and leaders across the nation prepare for a back-to-school full of unknowns, cultivating a mindfulness practice feels more critical than ever. Mindfulness is the practice of observing and accepting the present moment, offering a wide range of potential benefits, from improving physical and mental health to promoting prosocial behavior.
Join our Mindfulness retreat as an extension of Panorama's daily mindfulness practice (Recommendation: Attend or watch two mindfulness sessions)
During our 90 minute retreat, we will:
- Connect with other educators and leaders to crowdsource mindfulness best practices
- Practice mindfulness and calm-breathing techniques to incorporate cultivate self-awareness and support anxiety and stress
- Celebrate a summer of self-care and support through Panorama's Mindfulness Community
