Creating a better tomorrow requires everyone in our school communities to directly address and unpack racism today. How do we engage and empower students in this conversation? How do we support ourselves and colleagues as we navigate conversations about systemic racism and unconscious bias in schools? We continue conversations from Panorama sessions prior, knowing that creating more equitable schools is a marathon of reflection and action sustained by the caring adults like ourselves.
